World Owner
Delete your data
Updated 3 October 2026
If you created a World Owner account (by signing in with Google, Facebook, Google Play Games, Apple, an email and password, or your phone number), you can delete it, and everything we keep about it, in either of these ways. Guests have no account: their city lives only on their device and goes when the app is uninstalled.
Option A: delete from inside the game
Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account and its data are deleted straight away. The city on your device stays there, as a guest’s, until you uninstall the app.
Option B: ask us by email
- Email enquiries@lgrlabs.com with the subject World Owner data deletion request.
- Tell us which sign-in you used (Google, Facebook, Google Play Games, Apple, email or phone) and the email address or phone number of the account. For Facebook, your Facebook name helps us find it.
We’ll confirm it’s your account, then delete it as in Option A.
What we delete
- Your sign-in (the account, the identifiers your provider gave us, and your email address or phone number if you signed in with them)
- Your profile (display name, sign-in methods)
- Your city’s cloud save
- The link between you and your purchases. We keep only a record that each purchase was redeemed, with no account attached, so it cannot be claimed again, and order records as tax law requires.
Timing
Deleting in the game is immediate. We aim to complete email requests within 30 days.
Removing World Owner from Facebook
If you signed in with Facebook you can also remove the game from your Facebook account: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → World Owner → Remove.
