Frequently asked questions
How long does a project take?
A Starter website takes about a week and a Business website two to three. Automations take one to three weeks. Bespoke projects receive a delivery date with the quote.
What does a package include?
Everything listed, plus setup, launch and three months of Starter care. Domain names, licences and AI usage are billed at cost.
Why are prices shown excluding VAT?
We work with businesses. VAT is added where applicable; business customers in the EU account for it under the reverse charge.
What if my project does not fit a package?
Packages cover the most common requirements. Anything beyond them is quoted separately before work starts.
What happens after launch?
A care plan covers hosting, security, backups and changes, and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. If you prefer to manage the site yourself, we hand everything over.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes. We work with clients across Europe and the United States and invoice in pounds, euros or US dollars.
How do you handle data protection?
We comply with UK and EU GDPR, sign a data processing agreement with every client and use only AI services that do not train on client data.
