Frequently asked questions
How long does a project take?
A Starter website takes about a week and a Business website two to three. Automations take one to three weeks. Bespoke projects receive a delivery date with the quote.
What does a package include?
Everything listed, plus setup, launch and three months of Starter care. Domain names, licenses and AI usage are billed at cost.
Why are prices shown before tax?
We work with businesses. Sales tax or VAT is added where applicable.
What if my project does not fit a package?
Packages cover the most common requirements. Anything beyond them is quoted separately before work starts.
What happens after launch?
A care plan covers hosting, security, backups and changes, and can be canceled with 30 days’ notice. If you prefer to manage the site yourself, we hand everything over.
Do you work with US businesses?
Yes. We work with clients across the United States, the UK and Europe and invoice in US dollars, pounds or euros.
How do you handle data protection?
We follow US state privacy laws and GDPR, sign a data processing agreement with every client and use only AI services that do not train on client data.
